We are committed to delivering your dairy products fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy for full details on delivery areas, timelines, fees, and support.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • Alexandria (all main districts)

  • Greater Cairo – limited to:

    • Sheikh Zayed

    • 6th October City

    • New Cairo

You can check if your location is eligible during checkout.
We are continuously expanding our coverage—stay tuned or contact us for updates.

2. Delivery Schedule

We offer same-day delivery within 60 minutes, depending on your location and order volume.
Orders are dispatched immediately after confirmation. Delivery typically arrives within 30–60 minutes. Minor delays may occur during traffic or peak hours.

3. Delivery Hours

We deliver daily from 08:00 a.m. to 02:00 a.m., including weekends and most public holidays.
There’s no need to select a time slot—your order will be delivered as soon as it’s ready.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your delivery location and the nearest serving branch.
The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.
No hidden charges—what you see is what you pay.

5. Missed Deliveries

To ensure a successful delivery:

  • Please make sure you are available at your address and that your contact information is correct.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability or incorrect data, the order may be canceled without re-attempt.

  • Repeated failed deliveries or abuse may result in restricted access to future orders or other actions taken by Al Asdekaa Dairies.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it.
After that, the order is usually already in preparation or on the way and cannot be changed.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged or contains incorrect items:

  • You must report the issue within 1 hour of delivery.

  • Our support team will review your request and take the needed action, which may include compensation, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
